MY ROLE
As the lead Product Manager for the PackemWMS product before it went to market, I worked very closely with the sales team to get the MVP in front of potential customers.
I used those insights to work with designers and developers to create a product that competes in a marketplace where users find it difficult to switch to a different warehouse management system.
