A point-of-sale and genetic data processing platform for a leading biotechnology provider that allows customers to order lab tests online while admins and geneticists let the complex, cloud-based software release test results automatically.

MY ROLE

I was brought onto the Animal Genetics team to take the newly built application from the testing phase to the launch phase.

I managed a team of internal stakeholders to organize business requirements, document product phases, and conduct user research while leading an offshore engineering team to fix bugs and enhance the user experience pre-launch.

I then coordinated the digital transformation within the business and oversaw the adoption of the new product while building a version two roadmap based on business operations I observed.
